Inspired by the Gooseberry & Elderfower Gin Fizz cocktail, this kettle sour is tart and refreshing
with a sweet foral finish. A base of lager and wheat malt has been soured with Lactobacillus plantarum and fermented with gooseberry juice, elderfowers and juniper berries. Co-fermented with saison and champagne yeast strains for a dry yet complex finish.
