Shipping policy
There is no minimum order on the site.
Our deliveries are sent via APC. For deliveries to mainland Britain, we charge £10 for delivery for any orders under £19.99. Orders between £20 and £59.99 are charged £5 for delivery, and Orders over £60.00 are free.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland or the Islands, we charge £50 for orders under £99.99 and £25 for orders over £100.00.
After you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with the subject "Receipt for order #SBXXXXXX".
We expect to deliver within one to four working days of receipt of your order.
For deliveries to more remote areas, delivery can take a couple of extra days.
We deliver Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, but deliveries may be made outside of these times during busy times. We can deliver to places of work if you request it at the time of order. Orders made on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver, then a card will be left informing you that an attempted delivery has been made. If you do not contact the courier company, a second attempt will be made. Alternatively, you may authorise the courier to leave the order in a particular place.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Orders containing alcohol must be received by a person aged 18 years or over, and the courier may request proof of age upon delivery. We are unable to authorise unattended delivery for orders containing alcohol.
For orders that do not contain alcohol, customers may request that the courier leaves the parcel in a designated safe place. Where such a request is made and the parcel is left unattended in accordance with the customer’s instructions, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been completed.
In the unlikely event that there are any breakages, the carrier will need to collect the item/s in question. If you have any queries regarding delivery, please contact us at shop@stewartbrewing.co.uk.
Deliveries Outside the U.K.
We currently do not offer delivery outside of the U.K. If you would like to place an order, please email shop@stewartbrewing.co.uk, and we can look into shipping costs.
Delivery Address Changes, Failed Deliveries and Returns
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at the time of order is accurate and complete. Where a customer requests a change to the delivery address after an order has been placed, we will make reasonable efforts to facilitate the request with our courier. However, any additional charges, fees, or costs incurred as a result of such changes will be passed on in full to the customer.
In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or where the recipient is unavailable to accept delivery, any additional costs incurred (including re-delivery charges, return shipping, or handling fees) will be the responsibility of the customer. Where goods are returned to us as a result of a failed delivery, we reserve the right to charge for re-dispatch or, where applicable, to issue a refund for the goods less any delivery and return costs incurred.
We accept no liability for delays or issues arising from a requested change of address, failed delivery, or return once the order has been processed or dispatched.
