To celebrate coming of age and turning 18 we have brewed a tropical IPA fermented with a
Norwegian yeast strain called Espe. This Kveik strain brings the tropical fruit flavours lychee and passionfruit to the party. To double up on the
fruit character we have added lots of mango and pineapple juice for a full-on tropical beer.
