This is dessert in a glass. Our Mississippi Mud Pie Stout is a decadent, full-bodied brew that brings the iconic American treat to life, with a Scottish twist. Brewed in collaboration with Shilling Brewing Co. in Glasgow, it’s layered with intense chocolate and bold coffee flavours, balanced by sweet caramel, vanilla, and nutty pecan notes.
To take things to the next level, we’ve added cacao husks from Glasgow’s own Bare Bones Chocolate, freshly ground coffee from Common Coffee, and a generous hit of cocoa powder for a velvety, smooth finish.
It’s sweet, rich, and unapologetically indulgent, best enjoyed slow, like the pie itself.
