Hip Pop has all the traditional characteristics of an old-school West Coast IPA – tonnes of US hops in the kettle and whirlpool to give a big bitterness, backed up with refreshing resinous pine, grapefruit and orange flavours. Copious amounts of orange zest, passionfruit and pineapple give a juicy modern twist to this classic style.
