Brewed on our pilot kit, this series gives our brewers the chance to get creative, experiment with new ingredients and explore different beer styles. Small batches. Big ideas. 

Brewed as part of Yakima Chief’s FWD Programme, with Stewart Brewing one of just three UK breweries taking part. For this trial, we were challenged to explore HBC 1134 HyperBoost, a concentrated hop oil extract, in a lager-style beer. So we brewed a hop-forward pilsner, putting a modern twist on a classic.

Crisp and refreshing with a soft malt character and a bright, modern hop profile. Expect lemon, lime and citrus, with subtle notes of pine and tropical fruit, finishing clean and dry with a gentle bitterness.
