Highway 101 is a traditional West Coast IPA. A crisp, clean malt base including chit, wheat and dextrin malts provides the perfect base for the big-hitting US hops to shine. Development hops HBC 431 and Amarillo are added to the dry hop which imparts big citrus and herbal flavours to this classic style.
